Inspiration Challenge

This is an exercise in shifting perspective. As you continue to shift the way that you look at things, the things that you look at will continue to shift.

A key to getting into a flow is focusing on things that inspire you.

Over the next week, You should make note of anything that inspires you. It could be something your kids do, something someone said to you, a positive quote, music, something someone else is doing or has done.

Think outside the box here. The more you look at things, people and situations as opportunities to find inspiration, the more often and rapidly those things will be the first to jump out at you.
