Take Care of Your physical form through movement and resistance training.

Begin by watching the warm up training video in the next lecture. This is a foundational training program that you can do three times per week. Once you feel comfortable with it, you can make it more difficult with only minor modifications.

Once you are comfortable moving your body and feeling the energy flowing again, we will dive more in depth during the fitness-specific course).

Do this 3 times per week to begin with. You can add a fourth and fifth day when you feel ready and then begin making things a little more difficult by adding just a little weight, going through the program again or increasing the difficulty of some of the exercises specifically.
