Learn to meditate.

Begin by listening to the guided meditation in the next lecture. These are special meditations as I incorporate energy building, guided meditation and brainwave entrainment beats (syncs and lowers brainwave patterns for various benefits – beyond the scope of this lecture, but we will dive more in depth during the meditation-specific course).

Do this every day for at least 10 mins. Better yet, once in the am and again in the pm before bed.
